The Glacial Pass is a linear canyon divided into three distinct combat zones by magical monster blockades. To progress, you must eliminate all enemies within these "sealed" areas to lower the energy barriers. You will primarily face Frostburns, Ice Golems, and Snowmads. Frostburns are highly vulnerable to fire; utilize Jessica’s Sizz spells or Alena’s Fireball to dispatch them quickly. Ice Golems possess high defense; focus on heavy attacks to stagger them. Snowmads can inflict the 'Frozen' status, so keep Panacea ready or use Kiryl’s Squelch to restore mobility.
Wave 1: The Entrance Gorge
The first blockade appears after the initial bend. You will face 8 Frostburns and 2 Snowmads. Stick to the center of the path to avoid the slippery ice patches near the cliffs, which restrict dodging. After the barrier drops, search the cluster of destructible ice formations on the right wall to find a hidden Mini Medal.
Wave 2: The Frozen Plateau
Follow the northern route to a wide clearing. This second blockade is the most difficult, spawning three waves of enemies:
1. 10 Frostburns.
2. 4 Snowmads and 5 Frostburns.
3. Two Ice Golems acting as the gatekeepers.
Lure the Golems toward the solid rock ground at the southern entrance of this plateau to maintain your footing during their ground-pound attacks. A treasure chest containing a Gold Rosary is tucked behind an ice pillar in the northwest corner.
Wave 3: The Northern Exit
The final blockade protects the exit portal. It consists of a concentrated group of 12 Snowmads. High-mobility characters like Terry are recommended here to weave through their freezing projectiles. Before exiting the pass, break the large ice formation directly to the left of the portal to reveal a hidden alcove containing a second Mini Medal.
