The Medal King's Castle is located on a small island in the southeastern part of the world map, accessible by ship. It's usually a small, isolated castle.

The Medal King offers a tiered reward system. The more Small Medals you collect and turn in, the better the prizes become. Rewards include:
- Strength Seed / Agility Seed: Permanent stat boosts.
- Magic Shield / Magic Armor: Powerful defensive gear.
- Gringham Whip: A very strong weapon that attacks all enemies.
- Hero's Shield / Hero's Armor: Best-in-slot equipment for the Hero.
- Book of Satori: Essential for changing a Jester into a Sage.
