Consumable items are vital for survival and success during your expeditions. They can be found in the field, purchased from shops, or crafted. Key categories include:

• Healing Items: Potions (e.g., Medicinal Herb, Strong Medicine) restore HP for Erik/Mia or your monsters. Antidotes cure poison, and Panaceas cure all status ailments.
• Slingshot Ammo: Different types of pellets for your slingshot. Basic Pellets deal minor damage, while elemental pellets (e.g., Fire Pellets, Ice Pellets) deal elemental damage and can exploit enemy weaknesses. Healing Pellets can restore monster HP from a distance.
• Buff Items: Items that temporarily boost stats (e.g., Attack Up, Defense Up) or provide other beneficial effects (e.g., Stealth Boost).
