The Crystalline Caves are dimly lit, making navigation a bit trickier. Your first task is to find your way through the labyrinthine passages. You'll encounter monsters that possess the 'Stealth' Forte, such as a Shadow. Recruiting one of these will be beneficial, as their Forte allows you to sneak past powerful enemies or through narrow gaps without being detected. Look for glowing crystals; some can be interacted with to temporarily illuminate larger areas. The mini-map will be crucial here, so check it frequently to avoid getting lost. There will also be areas requiring you to use 'Launch' to reach higher ledges, so ensure you have a monster with that Forte in your party or switch one in from your base.
