This can be achieved through items like Pep Pips or by enduring enemy attacks. Experiment with different character combinations to discover powerful Pep Powers, such as 'The Luminary's Light' or 'Heroic Double Danger.' These can often turn the tide of a difficult battle.
Elemental Weaknesses and Resistances: Many monsters in Dragon Quest XI S have specific elemental weaknesses and resistances. Exploiting these can drastically shorten battles.
