Initial Setup and Expansion

Upon starting Wishvale, you'll find yourself in a relatively small starting dungeon heart chamber. Your first priority is to secure your gold and expand your territory efficiently.

  • Digging Strategy: Immediately begin digging towards the gold veins located directly to the north and east of your Dungeon Heart. Prioritize the northern vein first, as it's closer and provides quicker income.
  • Essential Rooms:
    • Lair: Construct a 3x3 Lair as soon as possible to attract Imps and provide a resting place for your initial creatures.
    • Hatchery: A 3x3 Hatchery is crucial for feeding your creatures. Place it near your Lair for convenience.
    • Treasury: Build a 5x5 Treasury adjacent to your gold veins to maximize gold storage and collection efficiency.
  • Early Creature Recruitment: You'll primarily attract Imps and Bile Demons initially. Focus on training your Imps to dig and claim territory. Bile Demons are excellent early-game tanks and can hold a defensive line.

Dealing with the Hero Presence

  • Training Room: Once you have a stable gold income, build a 5x5 Training Room. Prioritize training your Bile Demons and any Trolls you acquire to level 3 or 4. Stronger creatures are essential for survival.
  • Torture Chamber (Optional but Recommended): A 3x3 Torture Chamber can be highly effective. Captured heroes, especially Knights, can be converted into Dark Knights, which are powerful additions to your army. Place it strategically behind your front lines.
