Matching your manager's league to the majority of your players' leagues provides a chemistry boost. If a manager's league doesn't match, you can use a 'Manager League' consumable to change it. Managers also have a contract count, similar to players. While they don't directly participate in gameplay, their role in chemistry is vital for maximizing your team's performance.
