Malenia, Blade of Miquella (Nightfall) is arguably the hardest boss. Phase 1: She retains her aggressive, lifestealing attacks. Her 'Waterfowl Dance' is now infused with dark energy, making it even deadlier. Her new 'Shadow Blossom' attack creates a dark explosion. Phase 2 (Goddess of Rot, Nightfall): She gains wings and new rot-based attacks, now mixed with dark. Her 'Scarlet Aeonia (Nightfall)' creates a larger, more damaging dark rot explosion. She still heals on hit. The key is to perfectly dodge 'Waterfowl Dance' and use high-damage, high-poise attacks to stagger her. Frostbite and bleed are effective. Summoning Tiche or Mimic Tear can help draw aggro. Reward: Remembrance of the Rot Goddess (Nightfall).
