Throughout the Nightre, you'll want to collect 'Golden Seeds (Nightfall)' to increase your Flask charges and 'Sacred Tears (Nightfall)' to enhance their potency. Golden Seeds are typically found at the base of spectral saplings, while Sacred Tears are located within churches. Many of these locations are now guarded by 'Nightbound' enemies or hidden behind new environmental puzzles. Prioritize collecting these as they significantly improve your survivability. A fully upgraded Flask of Crimson Tears (Nightfall) and Flask of Cerulean Tears (Nightfall) will be invaluable for later boss fights. Refer to an interactive map for precise locations, but be aware that some spawn points may have shifted in the Nightre.
