Boc the Seamster's questline is a heartwarming and often tragic narrative that begins with a simple plea for help. Boc's quest begins in the Limgrave region, near the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace. You'll find him struggling to open a chest, having been cursed by his former master. After freeing him, he will offer his services as a seamster, allowing you to alter armor pieces at Sites of Grace. His initial location is near the Coastal Cave. As you progress, Boc will move to various locations, including the east side of the Academy of Raya Lucaria and later to the Altus Plateau. Throughout his journey, he expresses a desire to become a true tailor, free from the curse that binds him. To aid him, you'll need to find specific items and speak to him at key moments. A crucial step involves finding the Golden Needle, which is located in the chest of a carriage in the Mountaintops of the Giants, guarded by a Night's Cavalry. Bringing this needle to Boc allows him to break his curse. Later, you'll encounter him again, and his quest culminates in a poant moment where he can choose to remain as your tailor or pursue his own path. The choices you make and the items you present him with will influence the outcome of his story. Successfully completing Boc's questline not only provides valuable armor alteration services but also offers a touching narrative arc that enriches the player's experience in the Lands Between.
