At the summit of one of the Twin Spires, you'll confront the Blighted Witch, Eleine. She is a formidable magic-user, unleashing a barrage of elemental spells and summoning spectral minions. Eleine's attacks are often telegraphed, but her patterns can be complex. Stay close to her to avoid some of her wider-range spells, and use your dodge to phase through her projectiles. Counter-attack aggressively during her recovery periods. Upon her defeat, purify Eleine to gain her powerful magic spirit, offering ranged attacks and crowd control.
