As you expand, assign Administrator heroes to your most productive systems, especially those with strategic resources or high population. Commander heroes should lead your primary offensive and defensive fleets. If you have multiple fleets, assign specialized Commanders (e.g., one for offense, one for defense). Explorer heroes are best assigned to your scout fleets, especially in the early game, to maximize anomaly research and exploration speed. In the late game, you might reassign Explorer heroes to systems if their exploration duties are complete, leveraging any system-based skills they may have acquired.
