An Economic Victory is achieved by accumulating a vast amount of Dust (default 500,000) and then completing a final economic project. This requires a highly efficient and expansive economy. In the late game, focus on maximizing Dust generation in all your systems. Build all available Dust-producing improvements, establish trade routes with as many factions as possible, and assign Dust-focused heroes to your richest systems. Use the market to sell excess strategic resources for additional Dust. If you have a surplus of food or industry, convert it to Dust through system improvements. Protect your trade routes from pirates and enemy fleets. Once you reach the Dust threshold, immediately initiate the final economic project and defend your core systems until it's complete. Be aware that other factions might try to disrupt your economy if they see you approaching this victory.
