The primary method for obtaining Flour is by processing Wheat. Wheat is a crop that you will learn to cultivate through quests like 'A Time for Harvest'. Once you have successfully grown and harvested Wheat, you will need to bring it to a crafting station to be milled into Flour. Initially, this can be done at your basic Handcraft station. As you progress, you may unlock more advanced crafting stations like the Carpenter's Bench that can also produce Flour.

Obtaining Wheat:
