Straw is obtained by harvesting specific plants, most notably Flax. Flax is a crop that can be grown through the farming system introduced in quests like 'A Time for Harvest'. Once you have a mature Flax plant, you can harvest it to yield both Flax Fiber and Straw. You may also find loose Straw scattered around certain areas or dropped by specific enemies, though harvesting Flax is the most reliable and efficient method.
