Consumables are vital for survival and progression in Enshrouded. They provide temporary buffs, restore health and stamina, and can even offer unique utility. Mastering their use can turn the tide of difficult encounters and speed up your exploration.

Health Restoration

When your health dips, these are your lifesavers. Prioritize carrying a good stock of these, especially when venturing into dangerous Shrouded areas.

  • Bandages: The most basic healing item. Crafted early on with Linen and Smelly Fungi. Found in abundance in early game areas and on fallen enemies.
    • Strategy: Use these for minor damage. They are quick to use but offer limited healing.
  • Sausages: A step up from Bandages, offering more substantial health regeneration over time. Crafted with Raw Meat and Mushrooms. Found in cooking pots and on some enemies.
