The Revelwood biome is located north of the Springlands and is accessible with Flame Level 2, though deeper Shrouded areas will require Flame Level 3. This biome is significantly larger and introduces more challenging enemies like patrolling Boar packs and denser Scavenger camps. Your primary objectives here include:
- Gathering New Resources: Focus on collecting Flax (for Linen Cloth), Hardened Wood (from chopping trees), Lumps of Clay, and more Copper Ore.
- Crafter Progression: Each Craftsperson will have new quests in Revelwood, leading you to acquire important base items like the Blacksmith's Forge (in Nameth) and the Hunter's Spindle (in the Spider Cave). Regularly check in with your Craftspeople for new quests.
- Main Story Quest to The Pike: Follow the main story quests that lead you to The Pike, the capital city in the northeast of Revelwood. This area contains important gear, boss progression, and is essential for upgrading your Flame Level further.
To upgrade your Flame to Level 3, you will need:
- Goo: Crafted via the Alchemist.
- Mycelium: Mined from giant mushroom cliffs within the Shroud.
- Indigo Plant: Purple plants found around Diadwyn and Thornhold.
- Amber: Found in a giant mineable clump in the Elixir Well to the northwest of Revelwood.
- Copper Ore: Commonly found in hills around Revelwood.
- Wyvern Head: Dropped by the Fell Wispwyvern boss in The Pike.
Collecting these resources and defeating the boss will allow you to reach Flame Level 3, preparing you for the next biome.
