The Mine Flayer lays down proximity mines and fires various bullet patterns. His most dangerous attack is a dense spiral of bullets. Prioritize destroying the mines as soon as they appear to create safe zones. When he fires his spiral, find a gap and dodge through it. Stay at a medium range, constantly moving, and chip away at his health. Blanks are excellent for clearing mines or escaping dense bullet patterns.
