The components are: Prime Primer (Floor 1, shop), Arcane Gunpowder (Floor 2, shop), Planar Lead (Floor 3, shop), and Obsidian Casing (Floor 4, shop). You must purchase these items and carry them to the Blacksmith in the Forge. This requires careful resource management and surviving each floor with the items in your inventory. Once all are delivered, the Bullet is crafted permanently.
