Prapor's Quests: The Peacekeeper's Burden

Navigate Prapor's quests in Escape from Tarkov, including The Peacekeeper's Burden. Master Soviet-era weapon tasks and survival challenges on Lighthouse island.

Prapor's Quests: The Peacekeeper's Burden

Prapor serves as your primary contact for Soviet-era weaponry and is a critical supplier for AK-series rifles and ammunition. While his early tasks focus on Customs, "The Peacekeeper's Burden" is a specialized mid-late game quest that tests your survival skills and your ability to navigate the dangerous territory of Lighthouse. This quest acts as a bridge between Prapor’s domestic interests and the Western influence represented by Peacekeeper.

Quest Objectives

  • Locate the crash site: Find the downed helicopter near the water treatment plant on Lighthouse.
  • Retrieve the Documents: Locate and pick up the "Confidential Peacekeeper Records" found inside the wreckage.
  • Extract: Successfully escape the raid with "Survived" status.
  • Deliver: Hand over the documents to Prapor.

Strategy and Tactical Tips

To complete this quest, you must navigate the deadly coastline of Lighthouse. The crash site is situated in a high-traffic area, often patrolled by Rogue USEC entities. Approaching from the southern cliffs provides a better vantage point to clear the immediate area with a long-range optic like the Valday PS-320 or Vudu. It is highly recommended to attempt this raid at night to reduce the engagement distance of the Rogues. Ensure you have a "SICC Case" or "Docs Case" in your secure container, though the quest item itself will reside in your special quest inventory. If you die after picking up the records, you must re-enter a new raid to retrieve them again.

Quest Rewards

  • +12,500 EXP
  • +0.03 Prapor Reputation
  • 75,000 Roubles (86,250 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2)
  • Unlocks purchase of 5.45x39mm PPGS ammunition at Prapor Loyalty Level 3
  • 2x F-1 Hand Grenades

Completing this task is essential for players looking to reach "Kappa" secure container status, as it sits on the main quest progression line for Prapor’s endgame content.
