How to Beat Fall Mountain: The Crown Grab

Detailed guide for Fall Mountain in Fall Guys, covering strategies for the initial dash, hammers, rolling balls, and the final Crown grab.

The Ultimate Race to the Top

Objective: Be the first to reach the summit and grab the Crown.

Phase 1: The Initial Dash & Hammers: The race begins with a mad dash. Try to get a good start. The first major obstacle is a series of swinging hammers. Don't rush into them. Observe their pattern and time your run. Often, running slightly to the side of the main pack can help you avoid being pushed or hit. If you get knocked down, quickly recover with a dive.

Phase 2: Rolling Balls & Conveyor Belts: After the hammers, you'll encounter conveyor belts and rolling balls. The conveyor belts push you back, so keep running forward. The rolling balls come down in patterns; try to anticipate their trajectory. Sometimes, it's safer to wait for a ball to pass before moving into its lane. Use jumps and dives to clear the small ledges and maintain momentum.

Phase 3: The Final Ascent & Crown Grab: The final stretch is a steep incline with more rolling balls. This is where many players falter. Stick to the sides if the middle is too chaotic. As you approach the Crown, remember you need to grab it, not just run into it. Jump and then hold the grab button (Shift/R2/RT/ZR) as you make contact. A well-timed dive-grab can secure your victory even if you're slightly behind.

Key Strategy: Maintain momentum, observe obstacle patterns, and execute a precise grab at the end. Don't get discouraged if you're not first off the line; consistent movement and avoiding knockdowns are more important.
