Essential Consumables:

  • Stimpaks: Your primary healing item. Carry many.
  • Super Stimpaks: More potent healing, but can cause addiction.
  • RadAway: Reduces radiation levels.
  • Rad-X: Provides temporary radiation resistance.
  • Antidote: Cures poison.
  • Nuka-Cola: Minor healing, often found everywhere.

Chems (Use with Caution):

  • Jet: +2 AP, but highly addictive.
  • Psycho: +30 Damage Resistance, but addictive.
  • Mentats: +2 IN, +2 PE, but addictive.
  • Buffout: +2 ST, +2 EN, +10 HP, but addictive.

Manage your chems carefully. Addiction can be debilitating, reducing your SPECIAL stats. You can get cured of addiction by doctors, but it costs money. Always have a good supply of Stimpaks and RadAway.
