The Dunton Brothers are a group of thugs harassing the town. You can find them in the northern part of Klamath, near the stables. There are several ways to deal with them.
- Confrontation: You can simply fight them. They are not particularly tough, but they outnumber you. Having Sulik helps immensely.
- Speech Check: If your Speech skill is high enough, you can intimidate them into leaving town.
- Bribing: You can pay them to leave, but this is generally not recommended as it's a waste of caps.
- Tricking Them: With a high Intelligence or Speech, you might be able to trick them into leaving or fighting each other.
Resolving the Dunton Brothers situation will earn you experience and improve your reputation in Klamath. It's a good early test of your combat or diplomatic skills, depending on your character build.
