Radroach infestations are one of the most common incidents, typically occurring when a room's production is rushed unsuccessfully. They are relatively weak but can quickly overwhelm unarmed or low-level dwellers. Strategy: Ensure all dwellers in production rooms are armed, even with basic weapons. Dwellers will automatically attack Radroaches. If an infestation spreads to an adjacent room, quickly drag armed dwellers into that room to help. Keep a small supply of Stimpaks ready for any injured dwellers. Radroaches are a good early-game test of your basic defense readiness and weapon distribution.
