Each dweller has seven S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck. These stats determine their efficiency in different rooms and their effectiveness in the wasteland. For example, high Strength (S) is best for Power Generators, Agility (A) for Diners, and Perception (P) for Water Treatment Plants. Endurance (E) is crucial for wasteland exploration and health. Charisma (C) helps with breeding and radio stations. Intelligence (I) is for Medbays and Science Labs. Luck (L) increases Caps found and critical hit chances. Assign dwellers to rooms that match their highest stats to maximize production and happiness. You can also train dwellers in training rooms to improve their stats.
