Weapons are essential for defending your vault against incidents and for successful wasteland exploration and questing. They come in various rarities (Common, Rare, Legendary) and damage ranges. Higher damage weapons are always preferred for combat-oriented dwellers. Equip your strongest weapons to dwellers in the first few rooms of your vault to repel invaders, and to your wasteland explorers and questing teams. Weapons can be found in Lunchboxes, during wasteland exploration, as quest rewards, or crafted in the Weapon Workshop. Prioritize equipping all dwellers with at least a basic weapon, and your combat dwellers with the highest damage output weapons available.
