Doctor and First Aid are paramount for healing and curing radiation/poison. Science can be useful for repairing advanced equipment or interacting with terminals. While not a primary combatant, they should still have a decent Small Guns skill for self-defense. Perks like 'Healer', 'Medic', and 'Action Boy' will enhance their healing capabilities. Ensure they carry a large supply of stimpaks, Super Stimpaks, and Antidotes. Their role is to stay behind the front lines and keep everyone healthy.
