Your next task from the UFLL involves disrupting APR supply lines. You'll be given a target location, usually a convoy or a supply depot. Strategy: For convoys, set up an ambush. Place explosives (grenades or mines, if you have them) on the road, or find a good vantage point to snipe the driver and then eliminate the remaining guards. For depots, a stealthy approach is often best to avoid alerting the entire facility. Disable alarms if possible. Your buddy might offer an alternative approach, such as poisoning the supplies or diverting the convoy. Accepting their plan often involves a slightly different objective but can be less direct combat-intensive. Completing this mission will earn you diamonds and further trust with the UFLL, opening up more missions and weapon upgrades.
