Periodically, you'll encounter situations where Omega Force soldiers are holding innocent scientists or civilians hostage. These events appear dynamically on your map. Your objective is to eliminate the captors and rescue the hostages before they are executed. Time is often a factor in these encounters.
Approach hostage situations cautiously. Often, there will be a small group of Omega Force soldiers guarding the hostages. A stealthy approach, using silent takedowns or headshots, is ideal to prevent the captors from executing their prisoners. If you are detected, prioritize eliminating the soldiers closest to the hostages immediately. Once all captors are dealt with, the hostages will be freed, and you'll receive a cash reward. Failing to save the hostages will result in their death, but you can usually try again if you leave the area and return later.
