Stealth & Infiltration Techniques
  • Binocular Tagging: Always use your binoculars (Z) to scout an area before entering. Tag all enemies, alarm panels, and points of interest. This gives you a complete overview of the enemy's positions and patrol routes.
  • Alarm Panel Priority: When infiltrating an outpost, your first priority should always be to disable the alarm panel. This prevents reinforcements from being called if you are detected. Locate it with your binoculars and either sneak to it or destroy it from a distance with a well-placed C4 or explosive arrow.
  • Tall Grass & Cover: Utilize tall grass and environmental cover to remain undetected. Crouch (C) to reduce your visibility and noise. Move slowly and deliberately when near enemies.
  • Silent Takedowns: Rely heavily on silent takedowns (F) from behind. As you unlock chain takedowns, you can clear out small groups of enemies without firing a shot.
  • Distractions: Throwing a rock (part of the melee button functionality) can distract enemies, drawing them away from their patrol routes or towards a specific location, allowing you to sneak past or set up a takedown.
  • A.J.M. 9 & Bow: Your silenced pistol and bow (with regular arrows) are your best friends for silent ranged kills. Aim for headshots to ensure a quick, silent kill.

A successful stealth infiltration often feels more satisfying and efficient than a full-blown assault.
