De Pleur is one of Pagan Min's lieutenants and your first major antagonist. The encounter with him is part of the early game and serves as an introduction to more complex combat scenarios. He is typically found in a fortified location, often surrounded by a significant number of guards. The best strategy is often a stealthy approach to thin out his bodyguards before engaging him directly. He is not a traditional 'boss fight' with a health bar, but rather a target you need to eliminate or capture. Use silenced weapons and takedowns to your advantage. If stealth fails, use cover and focus fire.
