The final encounter with Joseph Seed depends on your choice. If you choose to resist, you'll face a massive battle against Joseph and his brainwashed Heralds. Focus fire on the Heralds first to eliminate them. Joseph himself is heavily armored; use explosives and sustained fire. Keep your distance and use your companions. If you choose to walk away, there is no combat, only a narrative conclusion.
