There are a few hidden stashes and opportunities to gather early resources that will be beneficial once you reach the mainland.
Key Objectives on Dutch's Island:
- Meet Dutch: Your first contact and guide. He'll provide your initial missions and explain the situation in Hope County.
- Learn Basic Combat: Practice with the pistol and melee weapons against the initial cultists. Aim for headshots to conserve ammo.
