In the first phase, Mickey and Lou will engage you simultaneously. Mickey will often rush you, attempting to close the distance, while Lou will try to keep her distance and lay down suppressive fire. Your priority should be to create separation and focus damage on one twin. It's generally easier to focus on Mickey first due to her aggressive nature, but be wary of Lou's ranged attacks. Use cover to block incoming fire and pop out to land headshots. If you have a Gun for Hire like Nana, direct her to target Lou while you deal with Mickey. Keep moving to avoid being flanked or cornered. Utilize grenades or Molotovs to flush them out of cover or deal splash damage when they are close together. Conserve your Medkits for later phases.
