With Valerie's capture confirmed, your new objective is to escape the immediate beach area and find a way to contact outside help. The path forward will lead you through a series of small mercenary checkpoints. Utilize grenades (G key) to clear out groups of enemies or flush them out of cover. Keep an eye out for explosive barrels, which can be detonated with a single shot for devastating area damage. You'll eventually reach a small communications shack. Clear out the guards, then interact with the radio inside to attempt to make contact. This will advance the story and provide you with new objectives, leading you further into the island's interior.
