After the explosion, you'll wake up on the beach. Your first objective is to locate Valerie. Head inland, following the path indicated by the objective marker. You'll quickly encounter several mercenary patrols. Use the M4 Carbine you acquire early on, aiming for headshots to conserve ammo. Take cover behind rocks and trees. As you progress, you'll hear radio chatter indicating Valerie has been captured. Continue pushing through the jungle, eliminating any resistance. You'll eventually reach a small mercenary outpost where you'll find evidence of Valerie's capture, but she won't be there. This triggers the next phase of the mission.
