At the deepest part of Mount Gulg, you will face Kary (also known as Marilith), the Fiend of Fire. Kary is a powerful physical attacker with multiple arms and can cast FIR3. She is vulnerable to ICE spells. Have your Black Mage cast ICE3 or ICE2 repeatedly. Physical attackers should focus their strongest attacks. Your White Mage should prioritize healing with CUR3 or CUR2, as Kary's physical attacks can deal significant damage. Equip any ice-elemental weapons or armor if you have them. After a tough battle, Kary will fall, and the Fire Crystal will be restored. This is a major milestone in your quest!
