With the Earth Crystal restored, your next objective is the Fire Crystal. You'll need to travel to the volcanic region to the north. First, return to Elfheim and then sail north. You'll eventually reach the town of Melmond, which is in ruins. Here, you'll learn about the growing power of the Fire Fiend. From Melmond, head east to find Mount Gulg, a fiery dungeon. The enemies here are fire-based, so equip any ice-resistant gear you have. Ensure your party is well-equipped with healing items and potentially some ICE spells for your Black Mage.
