Upon arriving in Pravoka, you'll find the town is being terrorized by a group of Pirates led by Captain Bikke. Talk to the townspeople to learn about their plight. Bikke and his crew are located in the northern part of Pravoka. Confront them, and you'll enter a battle against nine Pirates. These enemies are not particularly strong individually, but their numbers can overwhelm an unprepared party. Focus on taking them down one by one.
