Strategy: The Emperor is a formidable opponent, combining strong physical attacks with potent Black Magic like Fire, Thunder, and Blizzard. Your party should be well-developed by now. Have Firion and Guy use their highest-level weapon skills and best equipment. Maria should be a dedicated Black Mage, casting your strongest offensive spells (Flare, Scourge, or even Ultima if you've leveled it). Ensure you have a character (likely Firion or Maria) with high-level Cure and Esuna to deal with status effects. Cast Protect and Shell on your party at the start of the battle. This is a war of attrition; keep your HP high and unleash your most powerful attacks. Don't hold back on Ethers or Hi-Potions.
