Job Levels are crucial for maximizing your characters' stats and unlocking their full potential. While you gain CP (Capacity Points) from every battle, some locations are far more efficient for grinding. Early on, the Altar Cave and Sealed Cave are decent for gaining a few initial Job Levels. Later, the Saronia Catacombs (where Shiva is found) offers good CP and experience. However, the absolute best spot for late-game Job Level grinding is the Bahamut's Lair or the World of Darkness itself, specifically against the 'Iron Giant' enemies. These enemies give immense amounts of CP and experience, but they are incredibly tough. A safer, earlier option for consistent grinding is the Doga's Manor area, where enemies yield good CP without being overly dangerous. Remember that the higher your current Job Level, the more CP you need for the next, so grinding can be a time-consuming but rewarding process.
