After the initial spectacles, you'll control a child-like character in Alexandria/Main Street. If you stole a Wrist from Masked Man, equip it now. Your immediate goal is the ticket booth to the north, but there are several items to collect first to complete your file. These include Gil, restorative items, and Tetra Master cards.

Alexandria Item Collection Guide

Begin by heading south to the small entrance plaza. In the southwest corner, examine the partially-offscreen object to find a Zombie Card. Behind the central statue, you'll discover a Potion. Run straight backward from the statue to locate a hidden Lizard Man Card. Proceed west and enter the doorstep just north of your entry point to acquire a Sahagin Card. Return to the previous screen.

You cannot leave Alexandria at this point, so focus on collecting items within the accessible areas. Continue your exploration to gather all available goods.
