Ninja grants incredible speed growth and dual-wielding capabilities, making him a potent damage dealer. Alternatively, a Fencer -> Red Mage -> Summoner path can make him a powerful hybrid magic user. Focus on maximizing his Speed and Attack/Magic Attack depending on your chosen path.
