This mission introduces you to your first proper clan battle. You'll be joined by Montblanc, a Moogle Black Mage. The objective is to defeat the enemy clan leader, a Human Soldier. The enemy clan consists of a Human Soldier, a Human Archer, and a Bangaa Warrior. Focus fire on the Human Soldier first to eliminate the main threat. Use Montblanc's Black Magic (Fire/Thunder) to deal elemental damage. Position your units carefully to avoid being flanked by the Bangaa Warrior. The Archer will likely stay at range, so prioritize closing the distance or using ranged attacks.
