Class Zero Missions Walkthrough

This section details the walkthrough for missions undertaken by Class Zero. Each mission presents unique objectives and challenges, requiring strategic deployment of your cadets and effective use of their abilities. Missions are typically initiated from the Akademeia briefing room and often involve navigating the World Map to reach specific locations.

Upon commencing a mission, you'll be presented with the primary objective. Pay close attention to any secondary objectives, as completing them can yield valuable rewards, including experience points, Gil, and rare materials. The World Map is a crucial element; travel between locations can trigger random encounters, which are excellent opportunities for grinding experience and collecting Phantoma. Be mindful of your party's current status and equip appropriate gear before embarking on extended journeys.

Combat within missions can be intense. Mastering the dodge, parry, and attack mechanics is essential. Each cadet has unique attack patterns and special abilities. Experiment with different party compositions to find synergies that best suit the mission's requirements. For instance, a balanced party might include a strong melee attacker, a ranged specialist, and a magic user.

Some missions may involve escorting NPCs, defending key locations, or infiltrating enemy strongholds. Adapt your tactics accordingly. For defense missions, setting up defensive formations and utilizing area-of-effect spells can be highly effective. Infiltration missions often require stealth or a swift, decisive assault.

After completing a mission, you will return to Akademeia. A debriefing will occur, detailing your performance and awarding any earned rewards. This is also an opportune time to manage your party, upgrade equipment, and prepare for the next set of challenges. Remember that time is a factor in many missions; failing to complete objectives within the allotted timeframe can have consequences.
