Ultros, the recurring octopus villain, appears at the Opera House. This fight is unique as you're on a time limit to prevent him from dropping a 4-ton weight on Celes. Ultros is weak to Fire. Use Terra's Fire spells or Edgar's Flame Sabre. He will occasionally use 'Tentacle' to attack. Keep your HP up and focus on dealing as much damage as possible before the timer runs out. This is a relatively straightforward fight if you exploit his elemental weakness.
