Elvoret is encountered at the top of the Dollet Communication Tower, often alongside Biggs & Wedge. He is a Wind-elemental enemy, making him weak to Earth magic. Draw Siren from him before he is defeated. Focus on taking out Biggs & Wedge first if they are present, then concentrate on Elvoret. Use Quake or other Earth-elemental attacks if available, otherwise rely on strong physical attacks and GFs.
