Secret Areas & Dungeons

Besaid Temple holds a secret room accessible by manipulating Destruction Spheres and pedestals. To uncover its treasures, players must first locate a Besaid Sphere and a Destruction Sphere. This area yields valuable items like the Rod of Wisdom for Yuna, enhancing her magical capabilities early in the game.

In Besaid Temple, locate the Destruction Sphere and leave it for now. Continue to the glyph on the wall, touch it, and retrieve the Besaid Sphere. Place the Besaid Sphere on the pedestal to the left. Return to the Destruction Sphere, pick it up, and place it where the Besaid Sphere was to open a secret room. Inside, you will find a Rod of Wisdom, a weapon for Yuna that boosts Magic by +8% and has Sensor. After obtaining the Rod of Wisdom, return to the pedestal and push it into the center of the room to activate an elevator.

Departure from Besaid

Upon departing Besaid, players can find various treasures and access item and weapon shops. The shops offer basic equipment and consumables to aid in early game progression.
