  • Kilika Island (Chapter 1):
    • Speak with Dona at her house.
    • Complete the mission.
    • Saying the proper passwords earns an Ether, Turbo Ether, and Menace of the Deep GG.
    • In the forest, near two green trees on the east side, jump using circle to find a Megalixir.
  • Kilika Island (Chapter 3):
    • Complete the mission.
    • Learn Storm Cannon BB from Ironside.
    • Find a Samurai DS on the ground in the last room of the Cloister of Trials.
    • Obtain Chaos Maelstrom GG from the lady if all 13 squatter monkeys were found.
    • Get Bushido Lore for sneaking through the gate undetected.
    • Speak to the man looking through a sphere recorder to witness the new Youth League Headquarters being built (repeat in Chapter 5 for the Invincible ACC).
    • A Turbo Ether is to the left of the save sphere past the boats.
  • Guadosalam:
    • Speak to the Guards in front of LeBlanc's Hideout.
    • Give the Inn worker 10K for the "Got any data?" option. The response "It's the last person you'd expect, no question" will net you 90K to sell back to the data seller.
  • Macalania Woods:
    • Complete the mission.
    • Find all butterfly rings (not just Donga and Pukutak) for the Howling Wind GG in Chapter 3.
    • Speak to the Hypello to get the Bitter Farewell GG.
    • Learn Absorb and Mighty Guard BB from Haizhe.
    • Obtain Minerva's Plate if the Chapter 1 Moonflow quest was completed without speaking to Tobli.
  • Bevelle:
    • Get a Cats Bell if you sided with New Yevon.
  • Calm Lands:
    • Clasko gets off the Airship.
    • Complete the mission for an Alchemist DS and Highroads Winds GG.
    • Catch a Chocobo before Chapter 3 ends.
    • Speak to Lian Ronso and Ayde Ronso at the Travel Agency.
    • Two Ethers are on the main path from Bevelle on your left.
  • Zanarkand Ruins:
    • Within the Dome, speak to Isaaru.
    • Earn Mission Complete before Chapter 3 ends for a Soul of Thamasa ACC.
    • Two Ethers and two Elixirs are in the room past the Chamber of the Fayth.
  • Djose Temple:
    • Complete the mission to obtain the Syndicate Uniform.
    • Speak to Gippal at the temple for an Al Bhed Primer.
    • The Floral Fallal DS is a treasure on the highroad.
    • You can steal X and Mega Potions from Ormi and Logos respectively, or get an Elixir for a rare steal.
  • Bikanel Desert:
    • Complete the mission to obtain the Syndicate Uniform.
    • The Machina Maw DS is obtained by examining the sphere.
    • The Hour of Need GG is given for beating Logos.
