Start with an offensive Paradigm (e.g., Ravager/Ravager if you have Vanille, or Commando/Ravager with Sazh). Once the Warmech is staggered, switch to a Commando-heavy Paradigm to maximize damage. Be prepared to switch to a defensive Paradigm (e.g., Sentinel/Medic or Commando/Medic) when the Warmech charges its powerful attacks or when your party's HP drops. Sazh's Synergist abilities can be very helpful here, casting Bravery and Faith on your damage dealers. Keep an eye on status effects and use Esuna if necessary.
